Chicken Breast Fillets 2
Lemon Juice 1 Tbs
Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Oil / Butter 2 Tbs

Mushrooms 1 Cup
Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
Chicken Stock 1/2 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Tetrapak Cream 1/2 Cup
Thyme 1 Teaspoon

Take chicken breast, remove thin piece to flatten back and pound both sides with steak hammer. Use plastic bag for smooth exterior
Put some lemon juice in a dish, and add black pepper and salt, marinate the chicken breast for 20-30 minutes
Now grill / cook for 3 minutes each side on medium low flame
Now grill the vegetables and lemon with garlic and put some salt and pepper at the end
Now chop the mushrooms, after that add some oil and butter in frying pan followed by garlic paste and mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes
Now put chicken stock, milk, cream and cook for a while. Then add Black pepper, salt and thyme and cook on low heat for 3 minutes or till desired thickness
Put the mushrooms on grilled chicken and serve with grilled vegetables
