Maryland Crab Cakes is a simple recipe that you prepare at home. It is easy, lesser time, inexpensive ingredients. It is highly delicious.

1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 lb lump crabmeat
2 eggs
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard


In a large bowl, add eggs, mayo, old bay, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and mix until creamy. Add bread crumbs, mixing evenly. Add in the crab meat, make sure they are thoroughly mixed. Mold cakes into six large or nine medium crabcakes.
Place a frying pan over a moderately high heat and heat. Put a small quantity of oil in the frying pan and saute for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
You can also broil them until brown. This may want you to toss them, depending on your frying pan.
Serve with tartar sauce and lemon.
